Contentsquare offers an all-in-one experience intelligence platform, providing contextual insight into customer behavior, sentiment and intent across channels. Users include more than 1.3m web sites worldwide. Loris uses proprietary AI models to analyze 100% of conversation-based interactions, tap into customers' motivation and sentiment, and analyse the reasons they move on or stay loyal - this is used to spot emerging issues, spot live problems, enrich understanding and predict trends.
Contentsquare says the buy brings together two firms focused on understanding the full customer journey, and adds a critical new intelligence layer to its digital analytics. CEO and founder Jonathan Cherki (pictured) comments: 'Customer experience is shifting fast, and conversations are becoming an essential part of how people interact with businesses. With Loris, we're giving our customers the capabilities they need to lead this transformation - to understand and optimize conversations, and connect them to the broader digital journey.'
Etie Hertz, CEO of Loris says the 'most exciting' aspect of the combination is 'the ability to connect digital interactions, AI responses, and customer conversations seamlessly with real business outcomes like satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.'
