Texas-based campaign effectiveness platform Measured has appointed Mike Finnell as SVP of Marketing, and Andy Dubickas as VP of Strategic Partnerships.

Measured makes use of machine learning and data science to help marketers manage, test, plan and optimize a full-funnel media portfolio. The firm was established in 2017 but formally launched only two years later, as a 'cross-channel incrementality measurement and decisioning' platform. Eighteen months ago it launched a platform promising marketers the ability to view incremental ad performance across all paid media platforms, in one place, without the need to track users across the web.
Finnell (pictured above) previously served as Vice President of Global Demand Generation at cross-channel CX platform Iterable, where he helped drive demand generation and growth strategy. Earlier he worked at Pyramid Analytics and Reltio.
Dubickas (pictured below) brings more than two decades of experience leading commercial strategy and enterprise growth across ad tech, SaaS and media businesses. Most recently he was a Partner at Aperiam, advising media and technology firms, and earlier he held leadership roles at Lux Research, Ordergroove, Nielsen and Visual IQ.
