Survey software firm QuestionPro has announced a partnership with analysis platform Caplena, promising 'clearer, smarter and more impactful' customer experience insights.
QuestionPro provides a fully integrated online platform for survey research, customer experience (CX) and workforce/employee experience software, as well as polling, journey mapping, employee 360s and data visualization. Aside from its Texas headquarters and other US offices, it has locations in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, the UAE and India. Swiss-based Caplena allows users to analyze topic and sentiment in more than 100 languages, co-create with AI, visualize verbatims and other variables in a dashboard, and explore them via a chat interface.
The new partnership brings together QuestionPro's feedback and analysis from surveys, communities and panels with Caplena's AI-based analysis of open text from trackers, reviews and ad hoc studies, to identify themes, sentiment and patterns. QuestionPro data can be seamlessly imported into Caplena using a new connector, and users can explore QuestionPro data conversationally with Caplena's Insight Chat feature, to surface trends across text and quant data.
'Together we're closing the gap between collecting feedback and uncovering insights,' comments Pascal De Buren (pictured), co-founder and Co-CEO at Caplena, 'making it easier than ever for teams to make data-informed decisions, fast.'
The partners are online at www.questionpro.com and www.caplena.com .
