Merger for Discuss and Voxco

AI-powered research platform Discuss has been acquired by Voxco owner Terminus Capital Partners, and will be merged with Voxco under the leadership of the latter's CEO Daniel Graff-Radford. The combined company will be know as Discuss.

B2B SaaS investor Terminus acquired Voxco two and a half years ago via its TAP Software Holdings subsidiary, and later also invested in Ascribe, whose platform was combined with Voxco's under the latter's name. The latest development creates a company with more than 200 employees in 16 countries, serving 900 customers worldwide, and brings together Discuss' AI-powered qualitative software and skills, Voxco's quantitative expertise and Ascribe's analytics to develop a 'connected insights ecosystem.'

The firms say the Discuss name has been retained as it 'reflects a shared commitment to genuine human understanding and dialogue in research.'

With Graff-Radford (pictured) named as CEO of the new Discuss, former Discuss leader Simon Glass will serve as an advisor to the business. In addition to the CEO, the new leadership team will feature Voxco's CFO, CTO, SVP of Product and CMO, along with the Chief Strategy Officer and head of Customer Success from the former Discuss.
