Timmings joined C Space in 2013 and has been a key player in developing the firm's innovation, customer experience strategy and user experience capabilities. She is promoted from the role of MD of the group's Strategic Consulting Services team. Prior to joining C Space she worked in advertising and account planning roles. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Boston University, where she coaches students in the start-up lab and graduate business programs.
In her new role she will focus on creating' a more unified, outcome-driven experience' across Escalent's portfolio of AI-enabled data, insight and consulting capabilities, as well as honing commercial best practice across client onboarding, growth and long-term partnership development.
CEO Melissa Sauter comments: 'Sarah brings a powerful combination of strategic rigor, commercial leadership and deep client understanding.
