In London, enterprise customer insights firm UserTesting has rolled out its plugin for collaborative design tool Figma, allowing designers and builders to get user feedback without ever leaving the platform.
UserTesting helps users end to end with innovation and customer testing, from participant recruitment through AI-driven insight generation, feedback solutions and expert services. The firm is owned by investor Thoma Bravo, alongside the likes of Medallia, J.D. Power and Verint.
UserTesting for Figma, which was beta launched in January and is now being made generally available, allows designers to combine AI-generated test plans with real human feedback, promising speed and confidence in design decisions. Tests can be launched directly from Figma prototypes, with AI automatically generating complete test plans, including instructions, tasks and follow-up questions.
Jennifer Artabane, the company's VP of Product Management, states: 'AI is changing how quickly teams can create and ship, but speed without customer understanding creates risk. With UserTesting for Figma, we're combining AI-powered test creation with real human insight directly inside the design workflow so teams can validate ideas while they're still forming, reduce rework, and move forward with confidence.'
