New Swedish Country Manager for Mystery Shopper Dive

Northern European mystery shopping and customer service specialist Dive has named Julia Schramm as Country Manager for its Dive Custitude division, in Sweden.

Dive has local offices across the Nordics, the Baltics and Poland, and is itself part of data and research group STATCO, alongside fellow northern European agencies RAIT and Intra. Dive acquired Swedish firm Custitude some two and a half years ago, and in the past few years has also bought Norway's Ukjent Kunde, Danish firm Servicemind, Finland's Palvelu Plus, and another Swedish company, Nordic Mystery Shopping.

Schramm (pictured) has spent the last five years in the Custitude team, as Account Manager and then Head of Operations, and therefore brings to the new role a strong foundation across both client relations and operational leadership.
