Newly promoted Ipsos Global CEO Kelly Beaver has set out plans to accelerate the group's 'Horizons' strategic plan, developed in the past eighteen months. This follows results so far in 2026 which she says have 'fallen short of [the firm's] ambitions.'
Beaver (pictured) was appointed CEO just six weeks ago, replacing Jean Laurent Poitou who left after a year in the role to focus on 'personal projects.' Horizons has been underway since early 2025 and is built around six pillars: Growth of global solutions, Strong local presence, Speed, Artificial intelligence, Access to real people, Data integration and analytics. 'More than ever, our clients need reliable and timely information to understand their markets and make the right decisions,' says Beaver. 'This represents a structural opportunity for Ipsos.'
She continues: 'Horizons is the right strategy. Our priority now is to accelerate its execution and translate it into results more quickly, particularly as our performance since the beginning of the year has fallen short of our ambitions. I am confident in our ability to deliver because we have unique strengths: talented and highly engaged teams, a global presence, deep multi-specialist expertise, access to high-quality data, and strong capabilities in technology and artificial intelligence.'
The change of pace is accompanied by a new phase of promotion, under the banner of:
'Augmented Ipsos:
Augmenting Speed, Augmenting Insights, Augmenting Trust
To turn complexity into clarity. And clarity into impact.'
