Hotspex Veteran Nevolovich Joins EyeSee

October 23 2026

Gera Nevolovich has left Canadian firm Hotspex after twenty years, and joined EyeSee where he is responsible for Strategic Markets in the Americas. He remains based in Toronto.

Gera NevolovichEyeSee is headquartered in Ghent, Belgium. The company was launched in 2012 as a webcam-based eye-tracking business but now focuses on providing tech-enabled behavioral research, combining implicit and explicit methods for healthcare, tech, CPG and media clients. Respondents for its testing studies use their own laptops and mobile devices from home, allowing for scalable, in-context research; and the firm also prides itself on creating highly realistic and customizable replicas of shopper and digital environments in-house. In March, it launched a predictive pack screening solution called PackSee.AI, promising users predictive insights in around 48 hours.

Nevolovich (pictured) was an early employee of Hotspex, which combines a programmatic media agency with a tech-led insights advisory firm helping clients to uncover the emotional drivers of decision-making. Having started out as Manager of Sales and Marketing, Nevolovich was appointed Group SVP in 2011, EVP in 2016 and Chief Commercial Officer in 2020 - he had also served as President since December 2022. The company brought in Rank Research Group veteran Anik Karimjee in July to lead its research business in North America.

In his new role, Nevolovich will help clients across the Americas make full use of EyeSee's technology and services to inform decisions for growth, innovation and brand performance.
