New Directors and Counsel for GMI

GMI has appointed Philip Winnen, formerly of Market Tools Ltd, as MD for Asia Pacific Sales, based in Sydney, and sales professional Daniel Naimey as Director of Business Development, based in Seattle. Also joining the Seattle office is Mark Schneider, the company's new In-House Counsel.

Winnen has a background in MR and international business, having worked most recently as Senior VP for international business at Market Tools. Prior to that, he spent three years as VP, South Asia for RedSheriff Ltd. Over the past twenty years, he has also worked for Fairfax Digital, Paradigm Consulting, Cussons, Pepsi Cola, Cadbury Schweppes, and Philip Morris.

Naimey has 15 years' experience in global sales and business development. Previous roles include Director of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Nervana Inc; VP Sales and Business Development for TimeLogic Corporation; Director of North American Sales at Abilizer Solutions; and Director of Worldwide Sales at Crane Interpoint.

Schneider has practised law since 1999, first as an Attorney for Cooley, Godward LLP, then for the Aero Law Group, a business and aerospace practice. He is experienced in purchases and leases, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, and contracts.
