Ipsos Hires Financial Services Expert

Ipsos Insight has appointed Arthur Eisenbach as Senior VP and General Manager of its Financial Services practice. Eisenabch has previously worked in brand strategy and marketing research for both the Bank of America and FleetBoston Financial.

Eisenbach has 25 years' market research and analytics experience on both the agency and client sides. Most recently, he was Director of Enterprise Analytics/Brand Strategies for Bank of America, and was formerly Director of Marketing Research and Customer Strategies for FleetBoston Financial.

Prior to this, he worked for ad agency Hill Holiday as Director of MR, building the research and planning department and developing new client business.

Tom Neri, President of Ipsos Insight's Services division, says Eisenbach brings 'enterprise-wide financial services research acumen', and that the appointment will help the company 'deliver actionable insights and unparalleled strategic vision for our financial services clients'.
