Polk Leadership Enriched by Rothschild Hire

US-based automotive researcher R. L. Polk & Co. has appointed Walter Rothschild as VP, Global Marketing & Product Strategy. As a member of the Global Leadership Team he will report to Joe Walker, president, Polk Global Automotive.

Rothschild has spent the last five years as Executive Vice President of Marketing at TransUnion LLC, building its first marketing organization and developing a global brand strategy to reposition the company, among other achievements. His previous career included 12 years at MasterCard International Inc. as VP of Global Debit Brands, VP of Global Products and Brands, and VP of Marketing, U.S. Region Acceptance. He started his career in marketing and product management in consumer banking after graduating from Long Island University with a bachelor's degree in political science, history, and business.
