Confirmit 11 Unveiled

Online MR software company FIRM will pre-launch version 11 of its Confirmit MR suite at the ESOMAR Panel Research conference in Barcelona next week. The new release includes a new Community Panel module which promises to enhance panellist engagement and response rates.

Partner company The NPD Group has been running its panel of more than 3 million on the new platform since mid-September. Confirmit 11's new features include an Express user interface to enable users with no training to write questionnaires, collaborate with survey programmers, and view and cross-tabulate survey data in real time; enhanced Confirmit CAPI including integration with back-office field management systems; and new export features including MS Word questionnaires and on-the-fly Adobe PDF report generation of individual responses. The first customers will be using it by February 2007.
