Kadence Hires to Boost CATI Offer

B2b specialist Kadence has hired Fory McCandless as its new Field Services Director, based in its Boston office.

McCandless joins with more than 25 years' marketing services experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and IT/Telecoms sectors. He most recently managed the call centre expansion programme for marketing services agency Epsilon Data Management, and previously acted as an independent consultant for Siemens and GlaxoSmithKline where he helped gather and interpret marketing, purchasing and behavioural data.

His new role will involve improving business processes and service quality in the agency's Boston CATI centre, which supplies fieldwork to other research houses and management consultancies.
