Ipsos Panel Management Leader Promoted

Panel management expert Jean Davis has been promoted to President of Ipsos Interactive Services in North America, less than a year after joining the firm.

Davis has more than 25 years' experience managing consumer panels and retail data within the market research industry. Prior to joining Ipsos, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations at NPD Group, where she spent the majority of her career.

In her new role, she will be responsible for directing and managing the firm's interactive services, and will also become a member of the Ipsos leadership team in North America.

'Jean has demonstrated remarkable commitment and leadership in her short time with Ipsos,' stated North America Chairman & CEO Jim Smith. 'Improvements in management and efficiencies, centralisation and standardisation of processes, and long term achievements in client service have been the hallmarks of Jean's career - trademarks I am confident she will continue to exhibit in her new role.'
