Refresh Provides Facebook Demographics

US marketing agency Refresh Partners has launched an analytics tool to provide Facebook application developers with analytic and demographic information on their users.

The free Refresh Analytics Tool can be integrated into any Facebook Application and provides tracking across 13 demographics and 6 interest categories, including geography, gender, age, marital status, music and books. All demographic information is collected in aggregate to protect user privacy. Historical reports can be generated for the past month, past 6 months and past 2 years.

'We're excited about the opportunities that this service creates for Facebook application developers in terms of them being able to better understand their users and how that information can positively affect their advertising revenue,' said Refresh Partners Co-Founder Roy Pereira. 'Over the last six months, our clients have benefited from this information and now any Facebook application will have the same access.'
