Employee Engagement Tool Launched

UK information systems provider COA Solutions has launched an employee engagement tool to help HR professionals monitor and analyse data to aid their strategy in areas such as absenteeism and staff retention.

The new system has been designed to enable organisations to improve staff performance by measuring, cultivating and managing an employee's well-being against pre-defined key performance indicators (KPIs).

Information used by the tool to measure and manage levels of staff satisfaction is generated from the results of staff surveys.

'High staff absenteeism rates and poor performance levels are typical symptoms of unhappy staff which can jeopardise an organisation's survival,' explains MD Mark Thompson. 'Our employee engagement module enables organisations to nurture engagement and improve motivation levels across an entire workforce.'

The solution is the latest addition to the firm's 'People Analytics' business intelligence system, which forms part of its corporate analytics suite.
