The company has grown rapidly - doubling in size in the last couple of years, to over 200 people. Here CEO Peter Aschmoneit talks about his own route into MR, giving up his dream job, the growth and approach of the company, spectacular results for clients and his campaign to 'Get rid of gut feeling' in business decisions.
