In India, emerging markets panel specialist Borderless Access has appointed former ORG-MARG / Nielsen exec Sridhar Srigiriraju as Non-Executive Director, to help develop new healthcare industry-related MR tools.

Founded more than a decade ago, Borderless Access operates consumer, B2B, IT and niche audience panels across the healthcare, travel, automobile, finance and mobile segments. The firm currently has panels in Poland, Chile, The Philippines, Nigeria, Colombia, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Thailand; and a year ago it added Saudi Arabia. Last month, the company opened offices in Dubai and Munich, adding to its existing operations in the US, UK and India.

Srigiriraju joins with a background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. He previously led the Pharmaceutical Retail Audit practice at Nielsen India, where he built new research products around healthcare communities. During his career, he has also helped multiple firms launch research and analytics divisions.
