Decision Resources Unveils Product Assessment Tool

US pharma and healthcare specialist Decision Resources has launched an interactive web-based platform that allows users to search for 'product analogues' - modified drugs based on the structure of existing medicine - and assess potential market opportunities.

Product analogues in the digital age...Based in Waltham, MA, Decision Resources also owns physician and consumer opinions agency Manhattan Research; Fingertip Formulary, which provides access to and insight into formulary data in the US; and syndicated and custom market research firm BioTrends Research Group.

Its new 'Analogue Tool' categorizes a range of markets and products to enable users to understand market opportunities and select appropriate product analogues.

These product analogues are based on company-reported sales data, and are characterized using clinical measures on drug safety, delivery and efficiency, along with formulary information from Fingertip Formulary.
