MRops Adds Guerin and Harding to Leadership Team

US data collection agency MRops has appointed former Toluna exec Bill Guerin in the newly created role of Chief Client Officer, while industry veteran Jon Harding joins as EVP, focusing on expanding partnerships into the Mid-West and Central regions.

Doylestown, PA-based MRops provides integrated market research data collection and reporting services for B2B, healthcare and international ad hoc and tracking programs. The company also has offices in Indiana, San Francisco, India and the UK.

Guerin joins from Prudential Financial, where he was SVP of Sales, Marketing and Strategy. Prior to this he worked at online panel and survey technology firm Toluna as North America Head of Sales, and at MR industry change management consultancy Cambiar, where he led the Sales Performance Consulting practice. Earlier, he worked at TNS as EVP, Client Solutions, and held senior sales roles at Total Research and Harris Interactive.

Harding, who has more than 25 years' experience in senior market research roles, worked most recently at Nielsen. Earlier he served as Chief Strategist at Indian MR outsourcing firm Annik, was President and COO of NFO Research, and subsequently President of NFO USA, the US division of NFO WorldGroup, prior to its acquisition by TNS.

Guerin now takes on global responsibility for MRops' sales and marketing functions, while Harding will be developing a new do-it-yourself offering alongside his partnership expansion role.
