Confirmit and Futurelab in CEM Partnership

Online MR software company Confirmit has partnered with customer-centric consulting firm Futurelab, allowing both companies to offer an enhanced portfolio of customer experience management (CEM) services and solutions to businesses across Europe.

Tim Hannington and Alain ThysBrussels-based Futurelab helps businesses tune their strategies, systems, 'people processes' and KPIs towards a customer-based approach; and offers 'CustomerScans', an audit of a company's customer focus with recommendations for improvement.

Through the partnership, Confirmit's Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee solutions will be combined with Futurelab's consulting expertise, to offer a 'best-of-breed' approach to the creation of customer experience programmes.
