The Sound Research Adds Four to Global Team

Qual specialist The Sound Research has hired four new members for its global team, based in offices in Canada, the US and the UK.

Annie Lambla, Millie Forrest and Alaina MarksFounded in 2007 by Ian Pierpoint and Emma Richmond, the company employs 32 staff at its headquarters in Vancouver and offices in Toronto, London, New York and Chicago.

In Vancouver, Annie Lambla has joined as a Researcher, from the South Granville Seniors Centre, Westside Food Collaborative, where she led consultation and business feasibility studies for the mobile food market. Prior to this, she conducted food infrastructure gap analysis for My Sustainable Canada, and she was a project co-ordinator at Vancity Community Foundation.

Millie Forrest joins the company in London as a Researcher, following a summer running her own festival food business, the Soup Library. Earlier, she held short contract and internships at Define Research & Insight, Tuned In Research, Spinach and Firefish. In her new role, she reports to Research Director James McLintock, and Stuart Knapman, MD of the UK office.

In New York, The Sound Research has hired Jessica Sinclair as a Researcher and Alaina Marks as Office Manager. Sinclair - who hails from Australia - previously worked as Qualitative Project Manager at Galileo Kaleidoscope, and was a Project Manager at Ruby Cha Cha; while Marks was a Qualitative Assistant at Schlesinger Associates.
