Current Analysis Hires Two for AsiaPac Expansion

IT and telecoms market intelligence specialist Current Analysis has appointed former IDC execs Harish Taori as Research Director and Swatantra Kumar as Sales Director at its office in Singapore.

Launched in 1997, Washington DC-based Current Analysis provides technology companies with real-time intelligence, competitive analysis and tactical advice.

Taori joins from IDC, where he served as a Consulting Leader, involved in growing the firm's APAC consulting business and leading delivery of global and regional engagements. Prior to this, he worked at Tata Consulting Services, where he was a founding member and principal of the Global Consulting Practice. In his new role, Taori will drive the development and management of research programs.

Kumar also joins from IDC, where he managed relationships with some of the largest clients in the APAC region. At Current Analysis, he will build on the firm's business development and growth objectives in the region.
