Eight New Partners for Simon-Kucher

German-based product, pricing and marketing strategy specialist Simon-Kucher is promoting another eight members of staff to the role of Partner from January 1st next year.

Klaus Hilleke and Georg TackeFounded in 1985, the company offers customer segmentation, market forecasting, loyalty programmes, pricing and sales force training. It now employs nearly 730 professionals in 28 offices in 22 countries worldwide. Last year it opened offices in São Paulo and Santiago de Chile, and this September ot added one in Barcelona.

The new Partners, who bring the total number to 73, are:

  • Cologne-based Bjoern Dahmen, who joined the company in 2006, and has eight years' experience in consulting on strategy, pricing, sales and marketing working for national and international clients in the consumer goods and ingredients industry.
  • Allison Dupuy, based in San Francisco, who leads the company's Life Sciences practice on the west coast of the US. She joined the firm in 2007 and specializes in strategic pharma marketing, pricing and market access strategies, and value communication.
  • Marie Giraud, who has been with the firm since 2006, serving clients in the energy, chemicals and industrial sectors. Based in the Paris office, she focuses on sales excellence, innovation value marketing, revenue management and pricing.
  • Andreas Jonason, who joined the firm in 2010 after six years in pricing roles at Shell. He currently leads the company's Oil and Gas practice from Copenhagen, and has more than fifteen years' marketing, sales and pricing experience.
  • Wei Ke, who is based in New York and Toronto and leads the Financial Services practice in the US and Canada. He has worked for the firm for three years and specializes in price optimization, customer pricing psychology, quantitative marketing models and risk management.
  • Ricardo Rubi, who serves consumer and retail companies from the firm's New York office, and has been with the firm for more than eleven years, specializing in devising pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Nina Scharwenka, who is located in Munich, and has more than eight years' experience in the retail and consumer goods industry, helping clients with strategic brand positioning, consumer pricing and trade terms optimization.
  • Brad Soper, who joined the firm last year from RS Consulting Partners, and is located in Boston. He has more than nine years' experience in B2B pricing excellence and sales force transformations; and specializes in the chemicals, building materials, industrial/capital goods and B2B service industries.
