Singh Returns to Head Ipsos Marketing in India

Deepak Singh has returned to Ipsos in the newly created role of Executive Director and Head of Ipsos Marketing in India.

Deepak SinghSingh (pictured) re-joins with nineteen years' experience from Kantar Japan, where as Client Service Officer he was responsible for non-Japanese global accounts. Before this he spent more than four years at TNS as MD - South India and Sri Lanka. Earlier, he worked at Ipsos in Singapore, and in Mumbai where he was India Country Manager.

In his new position, based in the Bengaluru office, Singh will be responsible for P&L of the Ipsos Marketing business in India, excluding Ipsos Healthcare. Reporting to him will be Vidya Sen, Executive Director and Head of Ipsos InnoQuest; Shubhranshu Das, Executive Director and Head of Ipsos MarketQuest; and Rinku Patnaik, Executive Director and Head of Ipsos UU.

Amit Adarkar, Country Manager and MD in India, says the three businesses under the Ipsos Marketing umbrella comprise 'a significant part of the business' and comments: 'In order to drive client satisfaction and aggressive business development amongst our Marketing WSBL clients, we have created a new leadership role in India which Deepak will head.'
