Kantar Hires MD for Global Sports Business

In London, Kantar Media has hired Nathalie Zimmerman-Nénon for the newly created position of Managing Director of its global sports business.

Nathalie Zimmerman-NénonThe division focuses on understanding fan behaviour by measuring the value of sports properties and the marketing effectiveness of sports sponsorship. Its services provide rights owners, federations, clubs, venues and sponsors with an understanding of the impact of sport and entertainment on consumer behaviour.

Zimmerman-Nénon (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' international experience across all aspects of the sports industry. For the past seven years, she has run her own sports, culture and entertainment consultancy NZ Consulting, prior to which she was SVP - Head of Marketing at sports rights marketing agency Sportfive International. Earlier, she co-founded sport consulting agency LZA, and held senior roles at Selftrade (now Boursorama - SocGen group), M6 Group and FIFA World Cup France '98. She began her career in sales and marketing roles at Mars Confectionery in France.

In her new role, she will report to Richard Poustie, CEO TGI, Custom & Sport at Kantar Media.
