Converseon Adds to Social Media Tool

March 15 2016

Social media specialist Converseon has released a new big data version of its social media intelligence application Conversus, for use in brand tracking, market mixed modeling, predictive analytics and other research purposes.

Rob KeyThe firm says Conversus now offers 'near human-level' social media listening data for large scale analysis, along with the ability to process millions of records, and a range of classifiers that includes sentiment, emotion, intensity and confidence. In addition, it can be used to create new custom classifiers such as advocacy, purchase intent and customer service; while offering a batch upload function, to allow all human coded data generated by brands over time, to be used to create new custom classifiers. The tool's multiple language capabilities include English, Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German.

CEO Rob Key (pictured) comments: 'The Conversus application solves a key problem that has inhibited the use of social listening data, by finally providing the data quality needed to be effectively leveraged and mainstreamed in organizations. Perhaps most importantly, it also can be used in conjunction with most other social listening platforms so that clients can finally maximize the value and use of those investments'.
