SHC Rebrands, Adds Eleven to Production Team

Research solutions and online data firm Survey Healthcare (SHC) has announced record growth in 2017 to date, including a near 50 percent increase its in production staff, now 35-strong. It has also rebranded, dropping the word 'Universal' from its corporate identity.

Established in the 1990s, SHC provides access to physicians, allied healthcare professionals, payers, decision makers and key opinion leaders worldwide. Production teams are based in the company's Pocatello, ID and London operations headquarters.

The rebrand aims to 'reduce marketplace confusion', says the firm, now that its former CATI center business has been divested. A new logo consists of the SHC initials, while the tagline 'Perfect Data' remains the same.

CEO Jerry Arbittier says the production team growth was 'a logical next step' in the company's business development strategy, and expects it to continue growing. He comments: 'Clients appreciate the flexibility with which we provide our services; every client of ours has a unique set of needs and prefers things done in the way that is most convenient for them. The additional staff will enable us to provide faster, more efficient project execution, and allow us to continue to scale our business while maintaining our flexible, client-centric approach'.

Philip Sofia, who joined the company as President in April to spearhead Marketing, Operations, Product Development and Sales, comments: 'Having met with many clients over my first six months with SHC, I have been repeatedly told how much our clients value our nimbleness and flexibility, which they believe is unique within our industry. We must invest in our infrastructure, if we are going to keep up with our rapid revenue growth of this past year. And it is a pleasure to be part of a company that believes in the need to balance quality with growth'.
