Maru/Blue Debuts 'Agile Self-Serve' Survey Solution

Respondent access specialist Maru/Blue has launched a DIY survey solution called Agile Self-Serve, promising to provide thousands of completes within hours across Canada, the US or the UK. Sal Rustom joins as Manager of Strategy & Development, with a focus on the new platform.

Sal RustomLaunched earlier this year by tech-enabled insights group Maru, and headquartered in Toronto, Maru/Blue focuses on giving clients access to known respondents from market communities across North America. These include Maru Voice Canada (formerly operating as the Angus Reid Forum), Maru Voice Business Canada and Springboard America.

The new Agile Self-Serve tool delivers programmatic sampling, instant deployment and automated reporting with longitudinal tracking. It also features an intuitive reporting dashboard, video and photo content upload capabilities, and the ability to target respondents by region, gender or age. Accounts are free, with no subscription required, and sample is charged on a project by project basis.
