Qualtrics Updates CoreXM Enterprise Insight Solution

Experience management company Qualtrics has added new capabilities to its CoreXM enterprise insight solution, to help businesses gather feedback through advanced listening channels.

Zig SerafinCoreXM uses a predictive artificial intelligence (AI) analytics engine to obtain feedback from customers and employees. New capabilities include an 'advanced listening tool', which gathers feedback from more than 125 data sources - including directly through web site feedback, voice conversations or questionnaires, or indirectly through online reviews, call transcripts and across social media sites - to spot potential problems and experience gaps.

Predictive AI has been added, bringing together massive amounts of structured and unstructured data to identify key drivers that impact business decisions. In addition, new upgrades have been designed to enable organizations to better manage experience breakdowns in real time, with more than 40 workflows triggering actions such as raising tickets, sending alerts and creating notifications.
