Forsta Adds 'Discussions' Video Focus Group Tool

Research software and solutions firm Forsta has launched a qual research tool called Forsta Discussions, allowing clients to plan, conduct and monitor video focus groups within its 'Human Experience' (HX) platform.

Formed two years ago through the merger of Confirmit and FocusVision, Forsta combines MR, customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) technology in its HX platform. With the new Forsta Discussions' self-service interface, researchers and CX professionals who are conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews (IDIs), can capture feedback from participants or customers, and delve deeper into this feedback.

Users can schedule, conduct and observe sessions via the tool's online project management dashboard and video meeting interface; and integrate it into the HX platform, to complement other research programs such as surveys or diary studies. Research tools for video focus group moderation and observation include participant management, virtual backroom and in-built security capabilities.
