Five Promotions for Behaviorally

Shopper insights firm Behaviorally has promoted Morgan McClure to SVP Business Development, Sarah Heitz to VP Key Accounts, Katherine Manzano to VP Finance, Domenic Roccasanta to Team lead in Project Management, and Jodie Derbyshire to Insights Analyst in the firm's Center of Excellence.

Promotees at BehaviorallyBehaviorally offers its clients 'Decision Precision intelligence', via solutions studying consumer behavior in the final moments of the path-to-purchase. It also operates 'the world's largest' database of behavioral consumer pack design metrics; a packaging insights platform called GLADYS, featuring real-time collaboration and rapid qual analysis from any location; and a dedicated pack design intelligence platform called myBehaviorally, launched six weeks ago.

McClure joined the company eighteen months ago from purchase data OCR provider Microblink where she was Head of Revenue, after seven years in Account Management and as VP Client Success at Mintel, and earlier two and a half in client facing roles at Nielsen. Heitz joined in early 2022 as Market Development Director, with experience of business development from EyeSee, and having spent nearly six years at PRS IN VIVO, latterly as Insights Manager.

Manzano joined the finance department three years ago as a Controller, while Roccasanta was appointed n late 2023 after working for four and a half years at Opinions Ltd. Derbyshire graduated in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 and has spent the year since at Behaviorally as an Insights Associate.
