Full-service conversational research specialist Reach3 Insights has announced a series of promotions across its North American offices. They include Mackenzie Hollister, who becomes a VP in Chicago, and Breanne Armstrong who is now VP for Financial Services & Technology.
Reach3 was founded in 2018 and is now part of the Rival Group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver and with offices across North America, The group also includes ARG, which focuses on market research and public opinion polling; and mobile-first conversational research platform Rival Technologies.
Hollister (pictured above) joined the company seven years ago after working at research agency Maru/Matchbox. Armstrong (pictured below) returned to the company from J.D. Power a year ago, having previously four years at Escalent and another six in an earlier spell at J. D. Power.
Also promoted are Charlie Newport-Tucker, to Senior Research Consultant based in Toronto; and Jordi Castelli, now Research Consultant, Financial Services & Technology. Emma Ruedisueli and Carly Miller are promoted to Senior Research Associate level in the Chicago office and Kaeli Papoff in Toronto.
The company says the promotions reflect its growth in key industries including financial services, consumer goods, technology, entertainment, healthcare and pharma - and the growth of the AI-accelerated conversational techniques it has helped to pioneer alongside sister companies Rival Technologies and Angus Reid Group.
