Dubai Opening for Tech Analyst HFS

November 26 2025

Technology and services analyst HFS Research has opened its first Middle East office, in Dubai, supporting fast-growing demand from organizations 'across the region'.

Sia RavariHFS works for major enterprises, tech firms and service providers, helping them face business challenges, innovate and 'make bold moves'. The firm says its analysts stand apart for their 'deep, real-world experience in the subjects they cover', including personal engagement with industry leaders; and their up-to-the-minute understanding of key industry sectors, market trends and competitive pressures.

Describing the new office as 'a natural progression for HFS', CEO and Chief Analyst Phil Fersht says the region is now 'one of the most decisive in the world' for AI-driven transformation, with leaders asking how to apply and scale AI, and how to deliver measurable outcomes.

The new location will be headed up by Sia Ravari (pictured), with the title of Chief Growth Officer and Head of HFS Middle East. He comments: 'The Middle East is moving at a speed we rarely see in global markets. Enterprises here want to translate bold vision into working reality. They want research grounded in what is happening on the ground, and they want support to scale AI responsibly and profitably. Our job is to help leaders move faster with confidence.' He adds that HFS can bring its experience from elsewhere in the world to bear on the challenges of Middle East enterprises which are 'eager to learn from peers in the United States and Europe who are further along in their AI journeys.'

The firm is online at www.hfsresearch.com .
