Three More Hires Cap Year of Growth for BEESY

In the US, applied behavioral science insights agency BEESY has boosted its AI and research divisions with three new hires: Noor Kamal as Senior Data Engineer, Brittany Puran as Senior Research Associate, and Heela Bangash as a Software Engineer, bringing its total net hiring this year to eighteen.

BEESY, headuqartered in New Jersey and founded in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US chief Elys Roberts, helps clients in healthcare and biopharma sectors understand customers and market more effectively.

Kamal is a data scientist and strategist working at the intersection of analytics, AI and business strategy. She began her career in market research before obtaining an M.S. in Data Science, and has spent the past five years building machine learning systems and running custom analyses across healthcare, agriculture, and marketing.

Puran began her career at GLG, specializing in the life sciences sector and focused on medical devices and diagnostics. Most recently she worked at Delineate, with a focus on the public health space. She holds a B.S. in Health Policy and Management, and a Master's of Public Health in Informatics and Epidemiology from Indiana University.

Bangash will bring her interest and experience in the human-tech interface to bear on the building of technology to support BEESY's behavioral science research. She holds a Computer Science degree from Carleton University, supplemented with coursework in HCI, Cognitive Science and Evolving Information Networks.
