Amperity Gives Quick Access to 'Unified Customer Data'

In Seattle, AI-powered customer data specialist Amperity has unveiled a Customer Data Agent, built on unified and real-time customer profiles, and promising users the ability to create segments and journeys with 'greater speed and confidence.'

Its solutions help clients bring together their customer interactions in a unified view and seamlessly connect it to marketing tools. In 2024 it launched generative AI capabilities, Explore and Assist, as well as a first-party data advertising graph, allowing for regular measurement and optimization of digital ad campaigns across online and off-line sales.

The new tool gives conversational, natural-language access to verified customer data, and is powered by the firm's patented identity resolution software. The firm says it will help teams move from AI insight to revenue impact in 'hours rather than weeks.'
