Rebrand and AI Launch for Media Intell Firm Precise TV

Cross-platform, contextual media intelligence firm Precise TV has rebranded as Precisify, reflecting expansion beyond its original focus on YouTube, to offer a wider range of solutions across video, mobile gaming and influencer marketing. The London-based firm has also launched an agentic AI initiative, Precisify AI.

Christian DanklPrecisify taps exclusive audience panels to understand customers and the exact content that shapes their behavior, including the influence of videos, apps and creators. Data from the panels is combined with intent signals and contextual data from thousands of campaigns, to help brands and agencies plan and optimize digital media. A year ago, the company announced an investment of £ 21 million from UK-based private equity investor LDC, a part of Lloyds Banking Group, with which to expand its global footprint across the United States and EMEA.

Co-founder and co-CEO Christian Dankl (pictured) says of the change: 'Rebranding to Precisify is about more than a new name - it's about re-introducing ourselves as the only digital engine that makes $1 million work like $1.6 million with zero tolerance for brand risk. Our purpose is to pioneer a new standard where every story reaches its perfect audience. The firm is recruiting sales and technology leaders for its US expansion, and has already appointed Mark Bassett as Head of Influencer, overseeing the roll-out of its newly launched influencer offering, also powered by Precisify AI, which launches with a select group of media buyer clients this quarter.
