Insight and data agency YouGov has added AI agent functionality to its flagship audience intelligence platform Profiles, promising instant access to 'deep, accurate data' from its proprietary panel, via natural language queries.
The Profiles AI Agent is now live in the US and UK, giving conversational access to 450,000+ data points from 480,000+ consumers in the former country and 330,000+ data points from 300,000+ in the latter. This will be rolled out to all other YouGov Profiles markets in the next ten days.
The firm says users can explore thousands of psychographic and behavioural topics across hard-to-reach audiences, with ease, at scale, and the solution then allows the to refine enquiries, explore 'adjacent angles' or share results. For example, clients can ask questions such as 'Do millennial parents care about sustainability?' or 'How do Gen Z women feel about Nike vs. Adidas?'
CPO Joe Razza says of the roll-out: 'This evolution in Profiles is a revolution for customers who need to access quality data at the speed of thought. YouGov Profiles AI Agent reimagines how our customers interact with the best quality audience data available.' Recently hired Chief Data Officer Michelle Gelman (pictured) adds: 'The best data come from real people. YouGov Profiles AI Agent gives customers faster access to answers drawn from YouGov's proprietary panel - the gold staandard for accuracy in consumer intelligence... It puts the full power of YouGov's proprietary panel at our customers' fingertips.'
YouGov boasts a panel of millions of registered members across 64 markets, encapsulating some 18 million shopping trips and millions of interconnected data points. The firm has operations in the Americas, mainland Europe, the UK and Asia Pacific.
