Dive Makes Third Swedish Mystery Shopping Acquisition

Dive Custitude, the Swedish business of mystery shopping specialist group Dive, has acquired the Swedish mystery shopping business portfolio of Avisit.

Dive - which is itself part of data and research group STATCO, alongside fellow northern European agencies RAIT and Intra - operates through local teams in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Avisit has established a base of clients looking to improve service, sales and customer experience through mystery shopping - and this will now transition to Dive Custitude. Dive says the buy is another step in building its network of Northern European mystery shopping companies with a strong local presence.
Dive first established a Swedish business when it bought Nordic Mystery Shopping in 2022, and further strengthened it with the acquisition of Custitude in 2023. The Avisit buy is already completed.
