IBM's Toner Joins Phoenix

US provider Phoenix Marketing International has appointed Susan Toner as President of its Information and Technology Group. Toner worked at IBM for 25 years in research and executive positions, including VP of Worldwide Primary Research.

According to Al DeCotiis, Ph.D., Chairman and Chief Executive, 'Susan's B2B and sector expertise will extend our current suite of products including custom research, advanced advertising and brand measurement, and direct marketing into this sector.'
