Cars.com Strategist Joins InsightExpress

US online research specialist InsightExpress has hired Elise Neel from Cars.com as its new Director, Online Media Measurement. Her remit will include setting strategy and building a client service team for the West Coast; and developing the advertiser-direct segment.

Prior to Cars.com, where she was Manager, West Coast Client Strategy & Services, Neel spent time as a Media Supervisor at Carat Interactive, working on the national Hyundai account. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.A. in Advertising.

InsightExpress has recently tripled the size of its Online Media Measurement Group, according to VP and Group Director Drew Lipner. The group offers the AdInsights service, which includes simultaneous test/control methodology for objective measurement of the attitudinal impact of online ads, and a huge normative database compiled from more than 2,500,000 completed ad effectiveness surveys within the past two years.
