Customer Intelligence Alliance Launched

May 16 2007

Outsourcing firm Nipuna Services has pooled resources with Phoenix Marketing International to design a customer intelligence system which will generate both predictive models of customer behaviour and fact-based recommendations.

The alliance will enable clients to tap into the firms' Customer Intelligence Programme (CIP) resulting from the combination of Nipuna's research processes and Phoenix's analytics and research experience. The firms say that CIP's unique advantage is that it links attitudes to stated or actual buyer behaviour, allowing clients to evaluate the financial risks and benefits of both positive and negative customer experiences.

Venkatesh Roddam, CEO of Nipuna comments: 'This alliance will enable delivery of better value to clients through rationalised costs, shortened delivery time and predictive customer intelligence.' Al DeCotiis, Chairman and CEO at Phoenix, says the processes will 'enrich' the firm's research methods and add value through data fusion and predictive modeling.

CIP will be available on a syndicated and custom basis across a number of industries including: automotive, financial services, technology, telecoms and travel & leisure.

As part of consulting and IT services company, Satyam Computer Services, Nipuna was formed in 2002 and operates from its main delivery centres in Bangalore and Chennai in India. Founded in 1999, Phoenix offers advertising and brand measurement along with direct marketing expertise from its New York headquarters, and network regional US offices. The partner firms are online at www.nipunaservices.com and www.phoenixmi.com .
