SKOPOS Debuts Social Media and Site Analysis Tools

European agency SKOPOS has launched Netnography, a social media measurement tool, and a web site analysis solution called Webalyzer.

SKOPOS UGI toolsNetnography analyses how consumers are communicating about brands and products, what language they are using, and what the subliminal messages are beneath the communications.

The new Webalyzer tool enables clients to evaluate a web site by audience, content and market, through the combination of desk research and quant studies.

The firm says that these new tools augment its UGI (user generated insight) methods, which include un-moderated message boards, online diaries, video vox pop uploads and online hubs.

'Each of these new tools will complement our existing portfolio of web site analytics and optimising tools,' stated Research Director Rob Horton.

UK-based SKOPOS, recently launched the m-Suite, a collection of mobile-based qual and quant research tools, giving respondents simple access via their own mobile phones to surveys, interviews, diaries, video and other research features.
