KJT Group Opens 'Green Research Practice'

In the US, the KJT Group has launched a market research and consulting service for organizations that focus all or part of their business on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Founded in 2007, Honeoye Falls, New York-based KJT Group has already conducted consultancy projects on alternative fuels and alternative fuel vehicles, home and business energy conservation, market positioning for energy efficiency programs, and other related topics.

As part of the launch, the new Green Research Practice (GRP) has introduced 'EcoFractions', a nationally representative market segmentation and predictive algorithm which determines which 'green' segments client's stakeholders are in, based on attitudinal data, lifestyle choices and purchasing behaviors.

'We are among the first market research firms to offer custom stakeholder insights in the area of energy conservation and sustainability,' states CEO and President, Kenneth Tomaszewski. 'We know that existing databases and syndicated reports cannot provide the level of competitive advantage that can be achieved with customized research programs, so we are now concentrating our focus on this service.'
