QuestBack Launches Social Media Insight Tool

Norwegian online survey technology firm QuestBack has launched a new 'Social Insight' tool, to help organisations gain an understanding of the audiences they are engaging with across social media channels.

Ivar KroghrudQuestBack provides Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and online surveys from its HQ in Oslo and 17 offices around the globe. Last month, the firm acquired and merged with German panel and survey software firm Globalpark.

The new QuestBack Social Insight tool offers a professional feedback management system combined with a solution for data collection from Facebook fans and visitors. It also offers a method of capturing Facebook users' profile data, which when combined with the users' direct feedback, enables enhanced data analysis, communications and action management.

The product is an extension of the QuestBack EFM service, and has been developed to complement Globalpark's 'Social Insight Connect' Facebook app, which was launched in January.
