Face Facts Reports Growth and Hires

UK field agency Face Facts Research has reported a 370% increase in sales for the past six months, compared with the six months following its launch in September 2010. As a result, the firm has hired new staff for its project management, telephone operations and marketing teams.

Leeds-based Face Facts offers a range of field services including postal, telephone, face-to-face and online. Founder Alison White previously held roles at Clearstream Research, Management Information Scotland, Ipsos MORI and mruk.

New to her company are Jackie Skillington, who joins as Field Manager, and Chloe Emerson, who has taken up the position of Call Centre Manager. Skillington previously spent nearly seventeen years in a project management role at research and marketing insight consultancy McCallum Layton, while Emerson worked there for six years as Call Centre Supervisor. Jennifer Garrick has also joined the company as Marketing Manager, after a brief spell as Marketing & Business Development Executive in the construction sector.
