Appointments Conclude ICM Re-organization

In London, Creston Group company ICM has finalised a series of senior appointments and a major re-organization with the promotion of Operations Director Neil Sykes to the Board and the appointment of David Reeves as Production Director.

Sykes will be responsible for telephone and online data collection arm ICM Direct and face-to-face operations division Fieldwork UK. He joined ICM Direct eleven years ago as a telephone centre manager and has over 20 years' ops experience in total. Sykes' team has also promoted Vicky Heron to Associate Director, Data Processing and Mona Blaute to Associate Director in Production.

Reeves' role as Production Director will cover all telephone and online operations. Prior to ICM he was a Director at Ipsos MORI. He will be working out of the company's Camden office in a team which includes Pat McCarthy, Online Director and Rebekah Joseph, Field Director.

With the re-organization complete Board Director James Turner, who was overseeing the process, will leave ICM to join StrategyOne as Managing Director.
