QuestBack Debuts Social Media Tool

Enterprise feedback management (EFM) and Social CRM technology specialist QuestBack has launched a social engagement tool, Listen & Act, which will help clients integrate insights from social media with their CRM data.

QuestBack says Listen & Act enables clients to quickly sift through messages, view levels of influence and seamlessly integrate surveys and online communities to help engage customers.

The product also features simple feedback management via keyword monitoring and the grouping of common themes; seamless integration with QuestBack's feedback and social engagement platform; Integrated Sentiment Analysis and Klout Score, helping to identify influencers; and integration with the firm's people data hub, which combines unstructured social media data with structured CRM data, giving a single, 360 degree view of the customer.
