Paradigm Sample Opens Office in India

US-based Paradigm Sample has opened an office in Gurgaon, India, from which it will provide operations, project management and panel management support to clients across the US, Europe and Asia.

Founded in 2009, Paradigm offers access to hard-to-reach populations through its GlobalShifters, MobilePulse and IdeaShifters products. A year ago, the firm raised an undisclosed sum from private investor Fieldstone Equity, for use in accelerating growth in the mobile data collection and sample re-sale sectors.

Its new office will bring the company geographically closer to its US and European clients' satellite offices, and the 20-person team will led by VP of Operations Vikram Nayar (pictured), who joined the company in 2009 having previously worked at Greenfield Online and Genpact.

COO Robert Gray comments: 'Our new presence in this important and vibrant business region in India means we can now support our clients with 24-hour service.
